SHIPPING – Sign with Reservations on the Delivery Receipt

Our shipments are insured, however, according to European law, if the customer does not sign the delivery receipt with a Reservation for inspection at the time of receiving the shipment, the insurance will not be activated. Unfortunately, at the time of delivery, the customer will not have time to check the shipment for any damages, which is why we always recommend signing WITH RESERVATION! By signing the receipt without reservations, the customer acknowledges responsibility for any damages not caused by the carrier, and unfortunately, Greyge will not be able to assist further. By signing with a reservation or contesting the shipment immediately, the merchandise is insured.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can easily return it within 14 days of receiving the item. The return process is simple: just contact our concierge team, who will guide and assist you step by step. Once the return procedure is explained, you will need to contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the merchandise to be returned. Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been custom-made specifically for you. You can ship the product in its original packaging using a courier of your choice. The return shipping costs and any import duties to Italy will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the products reach our warehouse and are confirmed to be in the same condition as initially shipped, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

SHIPPING

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide: you can select the shipping destination during browsing or at the checkout. Orders are shipped from Italy, directly from our artisan workshop. They are delivered to your home safely and securely with the best couriers. All shipments are insured for the full value of the product. When the ordered product is particularly large or delicate, it will be delivered using the same carriers used by museums to transport artworks across oceans. The shipping times are clearly indicated on the product page, while the final shipping costs are indicated at the time of payment.

Customers from Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada may have additional charges due to customs duties. Orders shipped outside of these countries may be subject to taxes. Customs authorities may require you to provide personal information such as EIN, IRN, or SSN for customs processing. Please note that shipping delays due to customs clearance are not uncommon.

Furthermore, based on local regulations, we are currently collecting sales tax in the states of New York and California. Please ensure that you provide us with all the documentation verifying your tax exemption (e.g., valid resale certificate) before placing an order.
