1. Orders, Payments & Shipping

Yes, all shipments are insured.
Important: when the courier delivers your package, do not sign without reservation. Signing without reservation confirms that the product arrived undamaged and voids the insurance.
Always sign with reservation to allow time to check for any damage to the crate.

We ship within 3–5 business days, depending on product availability. Delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–6 days

  • USA: 6–10 days

No. For safety reasons, the legs are shipped separately. Assembly is simple but requires two people. Do not let the legs touch the ground while flipping the table.

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible.

Yes. A tracking link is available on request once your table leaves our workshop.

We only use couriers specialized in furniture, such as Fercam, DHL, or FedEx, selected based on destination and product type.

We use rare woods such as Blonde Italian Walnut, Steamed Walnut, Sapelli Mahogany, White Ash, Beech, and others. Every table is handcrafted in Friuli or the Marche region by master Italian artisans.

3. Customization & Design

Yes, tables can be personalized in size, finish, and wood type. Most customizations come at no extra cost.

Yes. Our team can help you develop tailored projects based on floorplans or specific needs.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Of course. Send us your specs and we’ll provide a clear, detailed proposal.

4. Returns, Warranty & Support

Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. Returns are accepted only if the original packaging is intact. Return shipping is at your expense. We’ll issue a refund once the table is back in our workshop.

Yes, within 24 hours at no cost. After that, production may already be in progress.

A 2-year legal warranty on all products, plus continuous support from our team.
